# zicula-internal-kb-kit — free sample

Three real files from the full kit (30 files), each **trimmed to taste** — enough to
judge the quality, not enough to run your knowledge base:

- `sop-template-slice.md` — the first half of `templates/sop-template.md`, kept
  exactly as it ships: the copy-this-file instruction block, the owner/review
  header, and the "When to use / What you need / Steps" sections. The second half
  (the decision-points table, the "what we never do" section, and the escalation
  section) is summarized at the end so you know what the full template adds.
- `kb-governance-sop-sample.md` — sections 1–3 of 7 from `sop/KB-GOVERNANCE-SOP.md`:
  the roles table, the article lifecycle (draft → published → 90-day review →
  archive), and the six style rules. The part that keeps a wiki alive after the
  novelty wears off. Sections 4–7 (the AI answer loop, what does NOT go in the KB,
  the 30-minute monthly review, the quarterly review) are listed at the end.
- `playbook-14d-days1-5.md` — the opening of `PLAYBOOK-14D.md`, verbatim: the
  30-minutes-a-day plan for days 1–5 (pick the three bleeding categories, write
  the first 5 articles, switch the team on). Days 6–14 and the day-90 success
  check are summarized at the end.

Every file in the full kit is written to this standard — plain, opinionated,
built to be followed, not admired.
